Semesterticket: fee refunding

Here’s how to do it:

In order to keep the administration effort to a minimum for you and for us and in order to speed up the whole refund process we highly encourage you to fill out the refund application form (Antragsformular auf Rückerstattung ) online, print it and have it send to us via regular mail.

Note:
Due to contract and refund restrictions by the respective public transportation services we really need to have you sign the application form!

1.    Choosing the right application form:

You can file an application for current or subsequent semesters.

2.    Entering your personal data

3.     Checking entries

Before you can actually send the form you’ll have to hit the “check entries” button first (Daten überprüfen) since only completed forms will be accepted. If the program encountered some wrong and/or missing entries it will tell you so and prompt you to correct the wrong/missing entry. Please follow the directions and prompts given by the program.

4.    Sending application form:

Once you filled out the form correctly another button next to the “Daten überprüfen” button should appear saying “generate application form” (Antrag erstellen). Click on that button and a printable version of your application form should pop up. Print out this application form, sign it and send it to us via regular mail. Please don’t forget to put your bank account information on it as well.

Privacy note:

The personal data will only be used and stored for handling the application and therefore are only available to the AStA of the FH Aachen. We won’t pass on any personal data to a third party.
