The Communication committee deals with the realization and maintenance of the information system.
The purpose of these systems is to provide an efficient and cooperative working environment within the students’ administration (e.g. AStA, SP, departments) as well as exchanging information within the student body.
Besides an “online desktop” (using a software called “Groupware” where all staff members from the different committees have access to, be it at their committee meetings or from home), we offer a forum which up to now has more than 2400 users. This forum provides the platform for all staff members and students to exchange information.
Furthermore the Communication committee, in association with the Public Relations committee, is responsible for the AStA-Homepage’s design and content.
